Public Safety
Aisha wants to ensure that Oakland Park remains a safe and welcoming community where residents can thrive, raise their families, and enjoy their neighborhoods. I will continue prioritizing public safety, establishing measures to address widespread speeding on residential
streets, reinvesting in community engagement, and collaborating to bridge the gap between law enforcement and the community to
address concerns effectively.
Entrepreneurship & Small Business
Aisha is committed to promoting a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem and supporting small businesses in our city. Together, we can boost
local economic growth, generate jobs, and honor our small business owners distinct character and contributions. This will help ensure that our city continues to thrive as a hub of opportunity and
creativity—advocacy for resources for our small businesses to make it easier for sustainable success. Our small businesses are the foundation of our city's economic development.
Community Connectivity & Inclusiveness

Engage Oakland Park Youths
Aisha is set to create a vibrant future for our community by actively engaging our youth—tomorrow’s leaders—in local government. By
creating mentorship programs, youth councils, and interactive workshops, we can empower our young citizens to express their ideas and influence decision-making processes. She envisions a city where their voices are heard and celebrated, ensuring the policies we implement reflect the needs and aspirations of all generations.
